"A Salute to Eleanor Burns" Quilt Contest is a fund raiser for the Quilter's Hall of Fame. You are invited to make and donate a small quilt which includes at least one blockfrom an Eleanor Burns pattern or book. Donated quilts will be offered for sale at the Hall of Fame Celebration in Marion on July 19-22. Entry forms will be available for those interested at the Guild meeting on Tuesday.
We have become quite a large group. Let's get to know each other better by wearing our nametags at meetings. If you haven't made a nametag yet, patterns will be available at the Guild meeting Tuesday night. Temporary name tags will also be available until you can make one!
Picture Directory Update: We will be updating the Guild's picture directory, probably in digital form. The plan is to take pictures at the February, March and April meetings and offer the directory starting at the May meeting. If you have already had your picture taken for the directory, you do not need to have it taken again unless you want to. A new directory with addresses, phone numbers and emails will also be available at the May meeting.
Please pay your membership dues for 2012 as soon as you can if you have not already done so. Remember that dues are $30 this year, $5 for junior members.
